Every order is packed by hand in Atlanta, Georgia.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the contiguous United States only. We're not yet able to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, or the US Virgin Islands.

Processing

Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.

Rates

Shipping is calculated by weight at checkout:

2–3 lb	$11.95
Over 3 lb	$14.95

Free shipping on orders over $75.

Delivery

Once dispatched, orders arrive within 5–8 business days. Tracking is sent the moment your parcel leaves us.

If something arrives broken

Our vessels are cast by hand, and they're fragile, occasionally one doesn't survive the journey. If yours arrive damaged, email maisonleuv@outlook.com within 7 days with a photo of the piece and the packaging, and we'll replace it or refund you, whichever you prefer. There's no need to send it back.

Lost or delayed parcels

If tracking hasn't updated for 7 days, get in touch and we'll chase it with the carrier.

Wrong address

Please double-check your address at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was incorrect, we'll re-send it once you cover the return postage.
