Refund policy
Returns
We accept returns on unused, unopened items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be in their original condition and packaging.
- Candles that have been lit or used
- Wax melts, snap bars, and fresheners that have been opened or used
- Gift cards
- Items marked as final sale
Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged, this can happen with handmade ceramics and vessels in transit. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at maisonleuv@outlook.com with photos of the item and packaging. We'll offer a replacement or full refund, and we'll cover return shipping in this case.
How to start a return
Email us at maisonleuv@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond with instructions and a return address. Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
Return shipping
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of damaged or defective items (see above).
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different item is to return the original and place a new order once your return is accepted.
Handmade variation
Please note: as handmade pieces, slight variations in color, texture, and pattern are natural and not considered defects.
